Basically I have a copy of Project Diva 2nd for PSP. However, I do not own a PSP myself and so have not played the game at all. From what I have read, a PSP needs to only be connected to the PS3 once in order to play Dreamy Theater 2nd.

@Draython When you buy each of the 3 Dreamy Theater using your ps3, it will let you download 2 programs. 1) synchronisation program that you will need to run on your psp/vita. (yes it runs fine on the vita) 2) the actual Dreamy Theater app that will run on the ps3.

You can play dreamy theater without the actual umd, you just need a project diva save that was made on your psp to play it afaik. I'm not sure about the project diva on psn, but I'd assume it functions the same as the umd copy.
As of right now, the Teto Kasane module is now available for download for Project DIVA 2nd. 300 yen, 1502 KB download. EDIT: Just tried her out. She is coded as a costume for Miku, so she will reflect Miku's mood and use her result screen voice.
